4 bedroom villa lays on 500sqm has a 4m x 10m private swimming pool. Private bungalow faces to the pool with en-suite shower room. This villa also has private kitchenette, living room and Master bedroom in first floor and 2 Bedroom in the second floor. The villa caters for a maximum of 8 adults; extra bed is available upon request with additional charge.

   All rates are quoted in US$ per villa (not per person) per night, with the following benefits:

2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - 31,  September 1 -15, Chinese New Year & Easter Week.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 20 - January 8.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 3 nights; PEAK season: 5 nights.
3. Extra Person
   - Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room.
