1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in US$ per villa (not per person) per night, with the following benefits:
   - Airport pick-up service upon arrival with private air-conditioned vehicle

   - Daily villa cleaning

   All rates are subject to 20% government tax and service charge.
   
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High/Peak season period: December 20 - January 5.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights. 
3. Extra Person
   - Extra person sharing existing bed is available at additional charge US$ 10 net per person per night
   - Extra person using extra bed is at additional charge of US$ 45 per  night, exclude breakfast
   - Extra child using extra bed is at additional charge of US$ 30 per night, exclude brakfast
   - Additional breakfast is available at US$ 7 per person per day
   - Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room
